    A: Playport is a patented mobile application, using smart phone shopping technology similar to Amazon or iTunes, to facilitate purchase of new style instant win games through licensed lottery retailers using existing retail Point of Sale systems. Playport allows player to select from a vast variety of instant win games, frequently refreshed to appeal to any player interest and played at the player’s convenience.

    A: No. We merely provide players the ability to review their games prior to purchase at a designated point of sale, to play their games following their purchase, and to facilitate prize redemption at the point of sale. There is no cash or currency required or provided in the app.

    A: You do indeed need to register in order to complete your purchase at the point of sale at the designated retailer location.

    A: Orders are your selection of games that have yet to be paid at the designated retailer location. Tickets are your games which have already been paid at the designated retailer location.

    A: Digital will send the games to your mobile device upon payment at the designated retailer. Those games can then be played on your mobile device. Print will enable you to print out your ticket upon payment at the designated retailer. Those games will then be in your possession in paper form, for play, and for redemption if you have a winner at the designated retailer.

    A: You can set a preference in your Account to ensure that you always receive either Digital or Print. If you would prefer you can change this setting at any time in your Account page.
