Board of Managers

Bob Kaminski is the Chief Executive Officer at Robert Kaminski Interests, Inc. (“RKI”), a Dallas based private investment company.  RKI has been involved in a wide variety of private equity, real estate, and entrepreneurial transactions since its inception in 1985.  Bob serves as a board member to several private companies.

Bill Kennedy is co-Founder and Managing Partner of Boston based Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC.  Falcon is a private equity firm that invests subordinated debt and equity capital in leading middle market companies, currently managing over $2.7 billion of capital.

Wallace Hall is founder and President of Dallas based Wetland Partners, LP, which established and operates the Trinity River Mitigation Bank. Previous and continuing business endeavors include oil and gas investments, land reclamation and a 16-year career in the financial services industry acting in various capacities, which includes experience with a variety of early and late stage venture capital investing. Wallace serves as a board member to several private companies.

Brett Parent is the Chief Executive Officer at Aquila Healthcare Development and a seasoned entrepreneur, investor and business executive possessing extensive experience in both the private and corporate arenas. Brett brings nearly two decades experience leading technology, service and real estate development companies in the healthcare industry. Brett serves as a board member to several private companies.

Marina Bogard has over 25 years of experience in global executive positions across diverse industries including telecommunications, broadcast, cable, internet security, and gaming. Most recently Marina spent over 6 years as the Global VP Strategic Accounts, Systems, iGaming, Poker and Electronic Gaming for IGT, a $5B gaming and lottery company. Prior to joining IGT, she held Executive Management roles including Chief Sales and Marketing officer for ACT Conferencing, a global provider of web, audio and video conferencing, SVP Sales for Pinnacle Systems, interim CEO and VP Sales for Zapotech and senior management roles in sales, marketing, product and business development with Sprint Corporation.

Marina has developed highly productive and successful teams and has considerable experience in executive level sales, marketing, business development and operations with early stage start up to Fortune 100 corporations operating in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Marina holds an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and a B.S. from the University of Iowa.

Frank Rash is PGS’s Chief Operating Officer and has established himself over the course of a 30-year career in strategic & corporate development, marketing and operations. Prior to joining PGS, Frank served as President & CEO of Dineplex International, a portfolio company of a private investment firm.  Prior to joining Dineplex, Frank served as Senior Vice President of strategic development & marketing and as a member of the senior leadership team at AMC Entertainment Inc., the world’s leading theatrical exhibition company. Frank previously served on the boards of Digital Cinema Implementation Partners and Movietickets.com and as a board observer for AMC Entertainment, Inc. and National Cinemedia, Inc.

Jack D. Furst is Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Oak Stream Investors, Inc. a Dallas based family office. Oak Stream Investors makes investments in real estate, oil and gas, fixed income securities and public and private equities. Jack was a founding Partner in HM Capital Partners (formally Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Incorporated). Jack has been an active private equity investor over the past 30 years completing in excess of $50 billion in transactions which resulted in attractive returns for investors.

Gregg Engles is the Founding Partner of Capital Peak Partners, a private equity firm based in Denver, Colorado. Prior to founding Capital Peak Partners in 2017, Gregg was the Chairman and CEO of WhiteWave Food Company which he sold to Danone for $12.5BN in April of 2017. Prior to WhiteWave, Gregg was Chairman and CEO of Dean Foods, the largest processor of fluid milk in the US and former parent of WhiteWave. Gregg currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College and the Board of Directors of Danone (ENXTPA.BN).  He previously served on the Boards of TreeHouse Foods (NYSE:THS), the Grocery Manufacturers Association, The Hockaday School, the Southwestern Medical Foundation, the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and as the Chairman of the Tate Lecture Series at SMU.

Tom Erickson has been President and Chief Executive Officer of ECG Ventures, Inc., an investment firm, since 1987.  Tom has extensive experience in senior governance roles (Chair of Board; Pres / CEO and Board positions) for many public and private companies with a focus in the health care industry. Tom represents a number of private equity firms and institutional investors and currently has senior governance positions with Luminex Corporation (NASDAQ: LMNX), 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD) and American Renal Associates (NYSE: ARA).
