Marina Bogard has over 25 years of experience in global executive positions across diverse industries including telecommunications, broadcast, cable, internet security, and gaming. Most recently Marina spent over 6 years as the Global VP Strategic Accounts, Systems, iGaming, Poker and Electronic Gaming for IGT, a $5B gaming and lottery company. Prior to joining IGT, she held Executive Management roles including Chief Sales and Marketing officer for ACT Conferencing, a global provider of web, audio and video conferencing, SVP Sales for Pinnacle Systems, interim CEO and VP Sales for Zapotech and senior management roles in sales, marketing, product and business development with Sprint Corporation.
Marina has developed highly productive and successful teams and has considerable experience in executive level sales, marketing, business development and operations with early stage start up to Fortune 100 corporations operating in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Marina holds an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and a B.S. from the University of Iowa.
Sandy Flores has 20 years’ experience in product management, creative marketing, and game design, including 10 years at Oberthur Gaming Technologies and Scientific Games Corporation.
Sandy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design & Marketing from the Center for Advanced Design Studies in Monterrey, Mexico.
Corey Pool brings 10 years’ experience in digital media, marketing, and product management to the PGS team.
Corey earned a Bachelors degree in Radio, Television, Film and Media Management from the University of North Texas.
Kent Harlow brings 30 years of best practices to experience in the areas of quality assurance, testing, issues identification and project management to the PGS team.
Prior to joining PGS, Kent served on the IT Enterprise team at Commerce Bank, one of the largest bank holding companies in the U.S., and 20 years with CenturyLink, a New York Stock Exchange company and member of the S&P 500 index, in multiple Information Technology roles, including Developer, Technical Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Test Manager, supporting multi-million dollar cross-application projects.
Brian Ferrilla has over 25 years experience in the tech industry, including over 10 years of proven enterprise software innovation, legacy system integration and product commercialization expertise within the gaming industry, working with the industry’s most prominent tribal and commercial casinos.
Brian is tasked with helping guide the Company’s strategic technology, product development, and system deployment initiatives.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Dennis Nelson is a 25 year veteran of the Gaming and Hospitality Industry. Dennis has been both a regulator and innovator bringing new companies and products into the U.S. Gaming market.
As an Entrepreneur, Dennis has created Identity and AML Management solutions that continue to be fielded by the largest public Gaming companies Globally. Dennis has published gaming studies and papers for the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) and other industry interests.
Dennis leads the companies business development efforts in Indian Country. Dennis is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with an emphasis on Communications and business.
Andy Jordan has over 15 years’ experience in media production. Andy was previously the Creative Director for The American Outdoorsman, the longest running hunting and fishing show on television.
Prior to the American Outdoorsman, Andy specialized in graphic design, post-production, and motion graphics for numerous companies including ESPN’s The Life, NYCTV, and Bad Boy Entertainment.
Andy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film, Cinema & Video Studies from New York University.
Having started his career as a developer, Steve Wright quickly moved into management and has since provided leadership expertise in a variety of high-profile, fast-paced digital marketing environments. Former clients include Simon Malls, Burger King, and the Cartoon Network. Steve’s primary skills are team building and product construction, and he has an intuitive feel for marketing analytics.
Steve delivers products that are built from the ground up to perform. Steve graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
Jim Nulph has 30-years of executive experience within the lottery industry. Past executive roles include: President, GameShark Consulting, working to solve lottery and casino gaming problems; Vice President New Product Development, Camelot Global Services, a worldwide lottery operator; Director of Marketing, New Video Gaming Technologies, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Oberthur Gaming Technologies; and Senior Director of Marketing, Scientific Games, a worldwide company providing services, systems and products to both the lottery and pari-mutuel wagering industries.
Jim began his career with marketing positions in the Missouri and Virginia State Lotteries. Jim graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Masters of Science in Communications.
